Product Group Leader (Director) - Global Digital Application Solutions

About This Role

Lead global technology delivery and digital transformation for Deloitte's Global Consulting Services. Drive end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for business platforms, emphasizing enterprise product development and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery, digital transformation, and enterprise product development and operations across diverse technology platforms.
• Align business and technology strategies and drive end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for Global Consulting Services business platforms.
• Lead Product Management, IT management, planning, architecture and design, engineering, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise-wide solutions and product portfolio.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in building business-critical AI products, identifying AI business use cases, and driving development of agentic products.
• Lead product strategy development, shape Product & Program roadmaps, and balance innovative design with technical implementation and market needs.
• Champion the customer experience and prioritize customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
• Define and use metrics that inform the success of products, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
• Lead and motivate large delivery teams to deliver solutions through Product mindset, Agile development, and a culture of excellence.
• Plan and lead stages of product development and related projects/releases, approving costs, timelines, and monitoring progress.
• Drive overall execution of strategy by aligning product teams, roadmaps, development hubs, and other technology services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles leading Product management across enterprise business applications and large teams
• 10+ years of technical experience within a programming and application system environment
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience within professional/consulting/financial services and senior leadership experience in a software development organization
• Experience working with business sponsors, product owners and development teams to define requirements and lead scope of defined features and functions
• Expertise in leading the delivery of mid-to-large technology solutions
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, understanding of LLM's and experience with Product Operating model. Familiar with agentic AI workflows and deploying AI ML products.
• Experience in maintaining integrity, accountability, transparency and quality in governance, performance and reporting activities
• Deep understanding of the latest technology, market and trends
• Experience With SDLC Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, Other)
• Experience in cloud applications delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles including experience leading Product management across enterprise business applications and large teams, setting priorities and plans to meet global business goals and objectives; 10+ years of technical experience within a programming and application system environment; 10+ years of relevant IT experience within professional/consulting/financial services and senior leadership experience in a software development organization.
