Engage with customers in a national retail home improvement store to discuss HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Schedule free in-home consultations for experienced comfort advisors.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades
• Discuss air quality enhancements and energy efficiency with customers
• Schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
