Process/Integration/Device Engineering Co-Op

About This Role

Join the Foundry Operations Engineering group as a Co-op to support the development and production of RF, CMOS, and BCD products. Analyze silicon yield and electrical results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with foundries to optimize device targets and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support the development/ramp/production of various products across multiple fabs by analyzing & modeling Silicon yield and PCM electrical results
• Collaborate with technology development, product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure the process technologies meets objectives
• Working with the various foundries to meet device targets, yield, and reliability targets

Requirements

• Currently pursuing graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in San Jose office

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. Engineering candidate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field

Nice to Have

• Strong background in devices, materials, or process engineering
• Flexible and interested in a wide range of topics within semiconductors devices physics, process, and material
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data Analysis experience is a plus
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
