About This Role

Perform crucial HBM, CDM, Latch-up, and Surge testing on semiconductor components, ensuring devices meet internal and industry standards for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform HBM and CDM testing on components
• Perform RF ATE testing on loose parts using handlers
• Perform data analysis after ATE and determine pass/fail
• Perform Latch-up testing on components
• Update the database with the current status
• Perform Surge testing on components
• Support engineering activities such as test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems
• Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and troubleshooting functions

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a comparable field
• Knowledge and understanding of HBM and CDM testing on components
• Ability to perform data analysis after ATE and determine pass/fail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• High quality mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or comparable field
• 2 years of experience

Nice to Have

• Experience performing RF ATE (automatic test electrical) testing on loose parts using handlers
