Printful Shipping Team Lead

About This Role

Lead a team in a fast-paced fulfillment setting, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality standards, and a safe work environment for shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, prioritizing quality and urgency, and meeting individual performance goals
• Conduct individual and team meetings to discuss daily goals and strategies
• Promote positive morale and maintain a safe, functional workplace
• Provide daily reports to management on team accomplishments, challenges, and improvements
• Track inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and facilitate smooth production flow
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOP) and suggest updates to ensure team safety
• Complete end-of-shift checks, ensuring workstations are prepared for the next shift
• Fill production gaps and cover for the Shift Lead when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years relevant work experience
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Results-driven, solutions-oriented approach
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Punctual, reliable, and accountable
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years relevant work experience

Nice to Have

• Technical post-secondary studies diploma or a Bachelor's degree
• 3-5+ years of experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting
