Principal Product Manager

About This Role

This role will support the Amazon Now team, focusing on selection strategies for under 30 minute deliveries to customers. The Principal Product Manager will work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive overall selection, customer experience, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with a wide range of stakeholders across operational, technical, business, retail, and finance teams
• Drive overall selection, customer experience, and business performance for Amazon Now
• Focus on the Amazon Now selection strategy
• Build localized selection
• Own vendor promotions and partnerships
• Improve pricing and in-stock rates
• Implement operational process improvements
• Leverage team to build and implement a multi-year roadmap of initiatives
• Enhance customer selection and drive the flywheel to accelerate growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
