Lead the vision and execution of next-generation ads measurement products to help advertisers understand, optimize, and accelerate business growth across the Microsoft ecosystem. Define how Microsoft quantifies impact and empowers marketers with AI-powered insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Ads’ measurement platform
- Build and launch measurement capabilities including attribution, incrementality, cross-channel reporting, and AI-driven insights
- Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption
- Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
Nice to Have
- 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features
- Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
