About This Role

Support clients in the financial services industry by creating, editing, and formatting high-quality PowerPoint presentations. This remote role involves working various shifts to deliver polished, client-ready materials under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations in accordance with brand and client standards
  • Produce, update, and troubleshoot charts using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Partner with internal clients to clarify requests, manage expectations, and proactively resolve issues
  • Assess project scope and complexity to estimate turnaround times and prioritize work effectively
  • Deliver professional, responsive customer service via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft Office files
  • Enhance presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Address complex or unique presentation requests with creative, on-brand solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting PowerPoint financial presentations within an investment banking environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Excel charting knowledge and basic formula experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting PowerPoint financial presentations within an investment banking environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working in a high-volume presentation center
  • Exposure to MapInfo, OCR software, and FactSet
  • Financial services design experience
