About This Role

This role supports a high-volume presentation center for a global financial services client, delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations and managing multiple requests under tight deadlines. The specialist will work remotely across all shifts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a professional presentation center
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong Excel charting (no automation)
  • Experience managing high-volume workflows with urgency
  • Excellent communication and client-service mindset
  • Solid MS Office troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a professional presentation center (investment banking preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in investment banking presentation center
  • Familiarity with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Presentation design experience
