The Prep/Line Cook is responsible for working with the Chef to support the dining team in a professional manner, contributing to dynamic customer service through high-quality food and dining service in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with the Chef to support the dining team in a professional manner
- Prepare flavorful food in a timely and efficient manner
- Contribute to excellent resident and guest service with an eye for quality and innovation
Requirements
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with cooking in a full production kitchen, with an emphasis on fine dining
- Senior Housing experience
