About This Role

This role involves providing a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents and staff at a senior community through custodial duties, maintenance, emergency response, and security monitoring during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Carry out safety and security procedures and respond calmly to emergencies
• Clean bathrooms and common spaces
• Provide custodial and carpet care
• Perform maintenance needs, painting/repairs, and emergency response
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the senior community and perimeter
• Monitor security cameras
• Monitor fire and alarm systems
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities
