This role is responsible for inspecting products, cleaning trays, and operating the tray inspection machine to ensure the quality of drug delivery dosage forms in a manufacturing environment. The position involves adhering to workplace procedures and basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Inspect capsules on inspection trays
- Remove defects such as odd shapes, transfer marks, and leakers from capsules
- Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP's, and MSDS memos
- Clean used trays and deeps
- Sweep capsules from the floor
- Remove lodged capsules in equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No previous work experience required
Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting
- Experience in a cGMP environment
