Global Product Manager

About This Role

This role involves driving innovation and growth for the Animal Origin Peptone product portfolio within the Biologicals and Chemicals Division. The Product Manager will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to commercialization, and collaborate globally to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to innovation and growth for the Animal Origin (AO) Peptone product portfolio
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy development through commercialization and optimization
• Partner with R&D, operations, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams
• Conduct voice-of-customer research
• Define product requirements
• Develop business cases
• Coordinate product launches
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial experience
• Proven success in product lifecycle management, from concept through commercialization
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop compelling business cases and financial models
• Excellence in gathering and synthesizing Voice of Customer insights
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix environment

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
• 6+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree, or 8+ years with a Bachelor's Degree in product management, marketing, or related commercial experience

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of relevant scientific/technical domain for specific product lines
• Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for applicable markets
