Manage a growing portfolio of community associations in the Atlanta area, working directly with the founder and upholding a high standard of HOA management. This role offers significant responsibility, growth, and leadership opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder and CEO to manage the company's portfolio of properties in Atlanta
- Communicate promptly with each association's Board of Directors, residents, and vendors
- Deliver messages with the highest level of customer service
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of financial statements
- Stay up to date on all Association Law
- Work in co-working locations in Atlanta when needed and visit properties monthly

- Basic understandings of financial statements
- Ability to multitask
- Strong ethical code
- Be compliant with state licensing requirements (CAM License or RES license) or be willing to quickly learn and acquire this license
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Several years of association management experience (strongly preferred)
