This Porter role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and welcoming environment of apartment communities. It requires a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can efficiently handle various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming
- Pick up trash
- Clean pet waste stations
- Trash out apartments
- Perform light painting tasks as needed
- Complete housekeeping tasks as needed
- Support maintenance team as needed
- Maintain outdoor spaces including planting, weeding, and general upkeep

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more frequently
