About This Role

This Plant Manager will lead all site and business operations for a manufacturing facility, focusing on safety, quality, and financial performance. The role involves developing budgets, managing capital, and championing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Continuously promote and grow a culture of Safety
• Drive commitment to quality throughout the operation, assuring excellence in customer service
• Promote an environment of trust, employee involvement, and engagement
• Provide direction, leadership, and development to managers and supervisors
• Develop annual budget, monthly forecasts, and gap analysis of financial performance
• Budget and manage capital expenditures
• Champion continuous improvement
• Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
• Review production costs and product quality
• Modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance the operation
• Implement programs to assure the operation maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Site management experience
