Plant Manager

About This Role

Manage all operational aspects of the Senatobia, MS Electrification Smart Power facility, including production, engineering, procurement, quality, operational excellence, and logistics. This role ensures the achievement of targets, drives continuous improvement, and implements manufacturing strategies within the Electrification Smart Power division.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects related to operations of the local manufacturing unit, including Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Logistics
• Ensure achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions
• Execute business unit/product group quality strategy
• Implement the global business unit/product group manufacturing strategy
• Provide input on global business unit/product group strategy
• Develop proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
• Focus on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, Requested On-Time Delivery, and cost reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience leading in Operations, Manufacturing, and/or Production
• Strong leadership skills
• Mentoring/coaching background
• Fluency in English
• Work authorization for ABB in the US
