Operate die casting machinery to convert raw materials into finished components, ensuring quality and adherence to production schedules. Perform routine maintenance, set-ups, and troubleshooting for optimal machine performance.
Responsibilities
- Operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials into finished parts
- Execute assigned tasks according to agreed workflows, standard processes, and safety guidelines
- Perform routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and simple replacement part repairs
- Ensure regular standard maintenance of equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Keep track of approved, defective units, and final products
