Physician Hospitalist

About This Role

This is a hospital-based physician role primarily working overnight shifts to interview and diagnose patients, design treatment plans, and maintain medical records. The position offers a starting salary of $305,000.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain information such as symptoms, medical histories, and family histories
• Perform and/or interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Diagnose and design a plan of treatment for injuries and/or illness
• Prescribe or administer medications
• Prepare, maintain, and review records that include patients' histories, examination findings, treatment plans, or outcomes

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
