• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families
• Be responsive to patient needs
• Individualize treatment plans
• Work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities
• Address a variety of diseases and impairments

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
• Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
