About This Role

This role involves providing skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The assistant will work in a home health setting, focusing on maximizing patient independence while allowing for career independence and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
  • Tailor treatment plans to account for individual patients' special physical or age-related needs
  • Conduct professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence
  • Work in a home health setting, caring for patients in their homes

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
