Provide therapeutic services to patients in their homes under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. This role helps patients maintain or improve their independence, fostering rewarding relationships and career flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Help patients successfully maintain or improve their level of independence
• Care for patients in their homes
• Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program
