About This Role

Provide direct therapeutic services to home health patients in Portland and Beaverton under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, helping them maintain or improve independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence
• Care for patients in their homes

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program
