As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will work under the direction of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments using various modalities. Your goal will be to help patients improve mobility, function, and independent self-care within a home-based care setting.
Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of Physical Therapists
- Treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities
- Assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function
- Assist persons to improve independent self-care
- Assist persons with other skills necessary for functioning in daily living
Requirements
- Currently licensed PTA in the state of employment
- Valid state driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
- Ability to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions
