About This Role

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for diverse age groups, maintaining documentation on treatments. This role involves evaluating, assessing, planning, and implementing treatment according to clinical findings, and addressing educational needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years)
• Maintain documentation on patient treatments
• Evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to findings
• Address educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers
• Manage patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations
• Act in a clinical leadership role
• Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Physical Therapist (State) license

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Entry level physical therapy role, with a desired one year of clinical experience.

Nice to Have

• One year physical therapy in a clinical setting
