Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy
• Develop appropriate personalized treatment plans
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care
• Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques
• Streamline notetaking with AI-assisted documentation

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
• Ability to evaluate patient needs for physical therapy
• Ability to develop appropriate treatment plans
• Ability to provide appropriate care and treatment to patients
• Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques
• First Aid Certification
• AED Certification
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• All experience levels welcome, will train new graduates.
