Responsibilities
- Evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy
- Develop appropriate personalized treatment plans
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care
- Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques
- Streamline notetaking with AI-assisted documentation
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
- Ability to evaluate patient needs for physical therapy
- Ability to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Ability to provide appropriate care and treatment to patients
- Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques
- First Aid Certification
- AED Certification
- CPR Certification
Qualifications
- All experience levels welcome, will train new graduates.
