About This Role

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist at an outpatient orthopedic center. This role focuses on maximizing functionality and promoting optimal outcomes for patients of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act
• Implement high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with physical therapy principles and Select Medical policies
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance client relations

Requirements

• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
