About This Role

Provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient setting and contribute to their transformative recovery journeys. This role involves following individualized care plans, collaborating with colleagues, and growing relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with staff and the community supported
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
• Teach patients different functional tasks and exercises intended to strengthen or stretch muscles
• Alleviate patient pain

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State
