Serve as a functional and domain expert for Physical AI in manufacturing and supply chain operations, shaping advisory engagements and leading implementations that combine robotics, computer vision, simulation, and edge AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead Physical AI strategy and advisory for manufacturing and supply chain clients, identifying high-value use cases and defining roadmaps.
- Own solution shaping and end-to-end architecture spanning sensors, vision, data pipelines, model development, simulation, edge deployment, and operations.
- Drive Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots to measurable outcomes, defining experiments, data collection plans, and scale strategies.
- Integrate AI with real-world constraints such as latency, reliability, safety, OT/IT connectivity, and cybersecurity.
- Partner with alliances and product teams to translate partner platforms into client-ready reference architectures.
- Influence pursuits and proposals, supporting scoping, estimating, staffing, and executive-level storytelling.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams in data science, ML engineering, software, robotics, and manufacturing expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including client leadership, team leadership, and sustained contribution to business development/pursuits
- Experience in at least two of the following domains: computer vision for industrial environments, robotics and autonomy, simulation/digital twins/physics-based modeling, synthetic data generation, or Edge AI deployment
- Manufacturing and supply chain domain experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including client leadership, team leadership, and sustained contribution to business development/pursuits.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Siemens, AWS)
- Manufacturing and supply chain technology exposure (e.g., sensing and IIoT, process and product optimization, automation, cybersecurity for OT)
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing advisory, PoCs, and implementations
- Graduate degree (MS/PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, Operations Research, or related field
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA ecosystem elements and Siemens engineering platforms
- Experience designing governance and operating models for Physical AI in production
- Demonstrated thought leadership
- Business development contribution and executive stakeholder management
