This Phlebotomist position involves collecting lab specimens and performing basic laboratory tests to contribute to excellent health outcomes for the community of Bethel, Alaska.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to take medical terminology classes
- Must obtain National Certification for Phlebotomy within one (1) year
- Willingness to acquire additional skills through on-the-job training or outside classes
- Positive oral and written communication skills
- Positive customer service
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Health care experience
- Previous computer use
- Bilingual Yupik/English
