About This Role

As an Orkin Pro, you will deliver on the promise of a safe place to live, work, and play by providing professional pest control services. This role involves completing award-winning training, managing a service route, and interacting with customers to provide effective pest management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer's location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer, understanding their needs and recommending efficient and innovative solutions.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• No Experience Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
• Ability to work in the field independently
• Ability to manage route-based assignments
• Ability to interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes
