Join Orkin as a Home Improvement Specialist, applying your construction and home improvement skills to install pest and home protection systems. This role involves performing services like attic and crawlspace encapsulation while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation
• Perform light carpentry work
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience
