Manage client relationships and administrative processes for personal lines insurance policies. Ensure excellent client service by overseeing renewals, remarkets, invoicing, and claims assistance, while also mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records, review and bind renewals, remarket, and quote additional lines of business
- Ensure clients' assets are protected through comprehensive insurance products and eliminate coverage gaps
- Collaborate with underwriters to find creative solutions for customer needs
- Track expiration, past due renewals, and A/R reports to ensure timely servicing
- Create and distribute client invoicing for new business, renewals, and premium-bearing endorsements; collect outstanding balances
- Facilitate client claims processes as needed
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards; recommend corrective actions
- Communicate transparently with supervisor regarding obstacles and performance expectations
- Work with commercial sales personnel to develop solutions for mutual clients
- Uphold IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Active state licensing (2-20 or 20-44)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
- High accuracy in handling large work volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of industry experience
