Angels on Call Homecare is seeking Personal Care Aides for live-in placements in various New York State counties. This role involves providing one-on-one care to individuals with complete flexibility over shift acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Work live in placements in the service area
- Provide 1 on 1 care to individuals in the local community
- Utilize services of certified care professionals in various settings
Requirements
- Valid NYS PCA Certificate
- Proof of current flu vaccination
- Proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges
- Annual Physical from preceding 365 days, indicating fit for work and stamped/signed by physician
- Tuberculosis Status (Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months OR 2 PPD Tests, one within 30 days and one within 365 days; If Positive provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctors note)
