Provide direct personal care to individuals in Dutchess County as a Personal Care Aide, assisting with daily living activities in various community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 personal care to individuals in the community
- Work per diem with complete flexibility over shift acceptance and right of refusal for cases
Requirements
- Valid NYS PCA Certificate
- Proof of current flu vaccination
- Proof of MMR vaccination with reference ranges
- Annual Physical from preceding 365 days (fit for work, stamped/signed by physician)
- Tuberculosis Status (Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months OR 2 PPD Tests within 30/365 days OR chest X-ray within 5 years/doctor's note if positive)
- Valid Driver's License
