Assist individuals in the local community with personal care needs during 12-hour shifts, maintaining flexibility with per diem work arrangements. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential care in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in the local community
- Provide personal care services during 12-hour shifts
Requirements
- Must possess a valid NYS PCA Certificate
- Proof of current flu vaccination
- Proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges
- Annual Physical from preceding 365 days, indicating fit for work and stamped / signed by physician
- Tuberculosis Status, either through Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months or 2 PPD Tests (one within 30 days and one within 365 days); if positive provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctors note
