This role will provide instruction to students at Henrico County Public Schools as a permanent substitute teacher, following lesson plans and managing the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Follows lesson plans submitted by the regular classroom teacher
- Ensures classroom management
- Serves appropriate duty assignments
- Leaves appropriate documentation for the teacher
- Performs other duties as assigned by the school
Requirements
- Minimum of 60 credit hours or 2 years working with children
- Completed Child Abuse and Neglect Recognition and Intervention training
Qualifications
- 2 years working with children or minimum of 60 credit hours
Certifications
Child Abuse and Neglect Recognition and Intervention training
