About This Role

Provide specialized nursing care in the Extended Recovery Unit (ERU) during night shifts, ensuring optimal patient recovery, especially for those scheduled for same-day discharge. Contribute to providing appropriate care and support for patients after surgical procedures.

Requirements

  • BSN
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate observational skills and set priorities
  • Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards

Qualifications

  • BSN required

Nice to Have

  • PACU experience
  • Preoperative holding and evaluation experience
  • ASPAN membership
  • CPAN/CAPA certification

Certifications

BLS (Required) ACLS (Required)
