Serve as an integral member of the People Services leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic HR and other matters impacting business results. This role involves ensuring HR activities align with company culture and values, partnering with corporate HR functions, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure People Services activities are aligned with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission, executing on People Services strategy to support the needs of the business
- Partner with other corporate People Services functions (e.g., Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting), acting as internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results
- Ensure adherence to People Services policies and compliance with Teammate Relations findings and action plans
