PDS - Epic Clindoc Specialist

About This Role

As an experienced Epic Clindoc Specialist, you will support cross-functional teams in the implementation and support of Epic systems, working within a project delivery model to achieve overall project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work with the implementation team to plan and complete build, implement end-to-end Epic systems
• Work command center shifts to investigate during go-live, document, and resolve break-fix tickets
• Conduct and document root cause analysis and complete assigned system maintenance
• Lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and various functional and technical teams

Requirements

• Current certification in Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analytics
• 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst
• 6+ years of experience of Epic build and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Epic ClinDoc Analyst and 6+ years of Epic build and support

Nice to Have

• Hospital or Clinic operations experience
• Additional Epic Certifications
• ITIL process knowledge
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
