MyAgency is a healthcare staffing agency by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network that provides flexible scheduling and competitive rates for PCAs and Med Techs. Team members will work exclusively within the network's communities, providing compassionate care for older adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure good hygiene, grooming, and self-esteem
- Create schedules from available shifts after permanent staff selection
- Become familiar with methods of delivering care within Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities
- Build warm, friendly relationships with older adults
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED (or proof of completion within 6 months of hire)
- Current, valid PA State Driver License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
- If Med Tech, must provide proof of training and recent competency testing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire
