The Patient Care Coordinator provides reception and clerical duties for PMG clinics, focusing on scheduling, documentation, and care coordination to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of PMG clinics
- Schedule patients
- Obtain necessary documentation
- Coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care
- Perform prior authorizations when necessary
Requirements
- Customer service related experience
Qualifications
- Customer service related experience.
Nice to Have
- 6 months office or medical office experience
- 6 months electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience
