Parts Procurement Coordinator

About This Role

Coordinate experimental parts procurement and manage inventory for a manufacturing environment. This role involves editing manufacturing routings, troubleshooting part issues, and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and coordinate part transfers between departments
• Edit manufacturing routings and troubleshoot part/program issues
• Prepare reports using Excel
• Coordinate between production, engineering, and supply management
• Occasionally design/model parts for shop use

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing experience
• Strong Excel and/or SAP skills
• CAD familiarity (CREO or AutoCAD preferred; Fusion or similar considered)
• High organizational and communication ability
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
