This role involves serving internal and external customers within the Parts department, managing incoming stock, maintaining housekeeping standards, and promoting sales practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve and issue stock to both internal and external customers, meeting department standards
- Receive, correctly identify, and warehouse incoming stock; advise management when stock is low
- Ensure best practice housekeeping standards for both stores and the retail section of the Parts Department
- Promote practices and promotions produced by Parts Management when interacting with customers
- Participate in the annual formal stock check
Requirements
- Experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor industry
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Self-motivated
- IT Literate
- Good head for numbers / remembering codes
- Experience dealing with online eBay sales
- Experience with EVHC processes
Qualifications
- Experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor industry is required.
