About This Role

Serve as a Parts Specialist for Crain Hyundai of Bentonville, handling customer inquiries, stocking parts, and providing product information for automotive parts.

Responsibilities

Pull and deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers
Provide information about products and services
Check in and stock parts
Handle customer inquiries
Maintain knowledge base of evolving products and services

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
