About This Role

Lead entertainment-related partnerships and drive key performance indicators for marketing and strategic initiatives, focusing on developing and executing innovative partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, pitching, negotiation, execution, and reporting of innovative entertainment partnerships that support business objectives
  • Develop and oversee go-to-market (GTM) strategies and 360-degree marketing plans for partnerships
  • Manage partnership activations nationwide, oversee risks, track progress, and make trade-offs to meet business goals
  • Manage and reconcile partnership budgets (exceeding $1M), ensuring efficient resource allocation, ROI optimisation, and alignment with annual financial plans
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and external agencies to shape and implement strategic initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations, budgets, and campaign reporting for external agencies, using data-driven insights to optimise results
  • Identify and proactively address campaign blockers, solving problems and translating complex strategies into impactful marketing tactics
  • Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-program reports that highlight partnership performance, impact, and key insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years experience in partnerships, strategy, or go-to-market roles
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale partnerships from concept through execution
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing large budgets and evaluating financial performance
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience negotiating and understanding legal aspects of partnerships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years’ experience in partnerships, strategy, or go‑to‑market roles, ideally within high‑growth technology, media, or entertainment

Nice to Have

  • Background in event planning
  • Experience in entertainment, media, or sports partnerships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive partnership success
  • Creative problem solver with a track record of designing compelling and engaging partnership activations
