About This Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to identify their needs, and driving sales by offering personalized recommendations and promoting the store's membership program.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers, acknowledging their presence immediately and efficiently managing multiple customers.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by utilizing product knowledge, answering questions, and providing tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability.
• Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards, keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic math abilities

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
