Serve patients, families, and healthcare workers in a hospital gift shop setting. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store appearance, and operate the POS system while upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions
- Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines
- Open and close the store independently when scheduled
- Uphold company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Volunteer experience will be considered.
