About This Role

Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks like pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are completed to maintain store organization
• Champion the Famous culture by providing stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences
• Take accountability for effort and impact on Famous Footwear’s overall performance, driving sales to achieve goals
• Act with integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures, seeking feedback to improve professional development
• Uphold an inclusive work environment, maintaining a positive mindset, and assisting with team training and development
• Make shoe recommendations and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit and a positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Demonstrates independent judgment and discretion
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
