Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

About This Role

Join Mondelēz International as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to ensure optimal visibility and stocking of Nabisco products, build relationships with in-store employees, and implement promotional displays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
• Optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of guidelines
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations
• Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Lives within 25 miles of Rock Hill, SC
• Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
